RETURN & REFUNDS
Orders can be returned unlimited, if the product is not used.
Please return goods in their undamaged original packaging and use an appropriate shipping box.
Returns are simple and straightforward:
- Fill out the returns form and place it in the parcel
- Seal the parcel
- Affix a post label to the parcel, making sure that it is clearly visible
- Take the parcel to a post office or to a Packstation.
Adress for return and exchange:
All deliveries include a return form.
We cannot offer free returns for orders.
If you no longer have your return label, you can also request one online. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We generally require around 7 working days to process and validate returns, after which you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for your original order. If you wish to receive another size, please mark replacement on the return form and note your new size of item. If the size is not on stock, we write you an e-mail that we refund your money.
You can return items to us unlimited, without the need to state any reason, if the article is unused.
After using the article, returns are not possible unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com if you identified a damage or fault at the item.
